your current teamviewer plan does not include connections to .. what is that mean? im using this for personal use? another hidden ban/flagging from your end?

This message can appear if you connect to a TeamViewer Portable version (not a standard installation, but a run-only .exe).
Could you please check if you are connecting to a standard TeamViewer installation or a Portable version?

I just saw that you are using TeamViewer Portable with the free version of TeamViewer.
The Portable version is not usable with the free version anymore.
As described in the article I shared above, the Portable module is only available for Premium, Corporate, or Tensor customers.
I am NOT using the portable version, and still getting the same error.
