    Hi @kmeenakshi_26,

    First of all, please try to run the downloaded TeamViewer application as Administrator, as shown below:

    As a second step, you can as well check if your antivirus software allows or blocks the installation of TeamViewer.

    If you're still struggling to install it, could you please send us a screenshot of the error message?
