I've tried to put in a support ticket numerous times, however I get redirected to this forum even though I have an active teamviewer license. What am I missing?!
I need to put in a ticket to find the support ticket function :-)~

I'm really sorry to hear you are having issues submitting a support ticket.
I feel the issue is that your license is not activated on the account you are trying to submit the ticket with.

If you have not activated your license on your TeamViewer account, you won't be able to access the ticket portal. Instead, it will redirect you to the TeamViewer Community, as you mentioned in your message. Therefore, it is very important to activate the license on your TeamViewer account to be able to access the ticket portal and cancel your license.

This is a personal use account, so would it still need to be activated? If so how would I activate the account? Thank you for the response!
