I can't connect to a PC from an android device (tried 2 devices). I'm located in Ukraine. Can anyone answer me why the TeamViewer doesn't work? Is it a problem only in Ukraine or elsewhere?

There are currently no connectivity issues reported in Ukraine. Therefore, I would assume that the issue is device-related.

Are you getting any specific error messages when connecting? Can you describe what is happening?
