My Macbook Air wont connect to my surface go 2

I have a MacBook Air and I am trying to use it to connect to my Surface Go 2. I can connect from my Surface Go 2 to the MacBook Air but it will not connect from the MacBook Air to the Surface. I can connect between two microsoft products but cant between apple. Is there something wrong with my license? It says i can use up to 3 devices.

May I ask you to check the setting on TeamViewer for outgoing connections on the MacBook Air? If it is disabled, please change it to allow outgoing connections too.

Also, what error message did you see from TeamViewer when you tried to connect from MacBook Air to Surface Go 2?
