Why Can't I connect from my USA location to my Dad in Germany
I have updated
Turned off Anti virus
Turned off windows firewall Changed firewall settings to allow Team Viewer to access Private and public
Had my Dad install update
I uninstalled and reinstall Team Viewer
I am at the end of my knowledge and guessing. Can someone help?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties using TeamViewer.
When you try to remote connect, do you receive any specific error message?
Also, could you check on TeamViewer advanced settings if the fields Advanced settings for connections to this computer" and Advanced settings for connections to other computers are set to Full Access?

Hi Carol, the advanced setting are already configured as you have indicated in your screen shots. I do not have a password set as in the first diagram.
I will confirm tomorrow that my Dad has the same settings.
