Access to mobile phone impossible

Hello,

I'd like to take control over a phone with 'Teamviewer Host' & Teamviewer universal add-on which i activated on the phone.

The problem is that when i try to connect on it with my computer, it seems to work, by nothing starts on the computer, i cannot see the mobile'screen, and on the mobile a message appears shortly 'Connected to ...', then dissapears after a couple of seconds, i can do nothing else.

Does someone get the same issue ? How to solde ?

The phone is a Xiaomi Mi 11 & the laptop run on Ubuntu 21.04.
