Hello community. I have the fee version of teamviewer that I want to use to control my mac or PC for astrophotography. I did work for a company that had a paid version, but I have deleted that account and setup a new account under my own email and user name. When I try to attach to my remote computer it tells me I am blocklisted. I have checked my accounts and under the detail it shows that I have allowed full access and control. Attached are two screen grabs, first with my permissions, the second with the erro from my ipad (same error from remote mac). Any ideas on how to fix this.
BTW, I have also tried opening a port on my firewall, same issue.
