no option to switch between 2 monitors when connected to work PC

I am trying to work from home, can connect to my work PC where I have 2 monitors, but Team Viewer doesn't have an option to switch between the monitors. it has neve done this before and now I am stuck and I can't access Sage when I really need it . can anyone have a suggestion please. Thank you

Welcome to TeamViewer Community!

During the remote session, TeamViewer toolbar has monitors option available to show monitors individually and multiple monitors on Windows and macOS.
