Teamviewer has been a lifesaver in my assisting my 96 year old mother-in-law in many ways. She has a Dell PC and I am on an iMac. But I want to set up so that when the time comes and she cannot help me log into her PC, that I can get into her PC remotely and help her, without her having to run Teamviewer and read me the password. What do I need to do to her PC to set it up to let me access it anytime, and what do I need to do to my Teamviewer app on my iMac to do this.

We are happy to hear that TeamViewer helps you assist your mother-in-law ☺️

It is possible to set up unattended access to her PC. Please read our dedicated article about it: 👉 Easy access.

💡 Additional tip: make sure that the box "Start TeamViewer with Windows" is ticked on her side. In that way, as soon as she will turn on her PC, TeamViewer will start as well.
