My mouse will stutter/lag when I'm running TeamViewer at foreground or background. When minimized the TeamViewer and right-click on my Desktop, the mouse cursor will stutter or lag for about 0.5 second.
Hey, I also always had a short freeze of the cursor when I minimized the TeamViewer session window and then hovered the mouse over a desktop element on my PC (e.g. hovering over an icon in the taskbar or over the Minimize/Maximize/Close controls of a window). Or when re-maximizing a session window and hovering the cursor over it.
I could solve the issue by disabling Hardware Acceleration in my TeamViewer:
(be careful when using the scroll wheel in the Settings menu as you might change some settings by mistake)
Settings → Advanced settings → Open advanced settings → Scroll down to the More section → Select Disable hardware acceleration
You need to reconnect to check if the issue is solved.
My environment:
TV Version: 15.49.2 (df8e23a4102)
Windows 10 22H2 (19045.3803)
Intel i9-13900H
32 GB RAM
Have you found a solution?
No, the past few weeks with TeamViewer12 have been awful with lagging and cursor drag / lots of spinning. Makes it tedious at best to use.
Am I the only one who facing this issue ?
