Why can't I have two computers log into one host at the same time?

Why can't I have two computers log into one host at the same time? This has changed recently. I used to be able to log in to my main office computer while my administrator was logged into it as well. Now only one of us can log into it at the same time.

As you mentioned your office computer, I suppose you have a professional license. That should be possible if it is a multi-user license with several channels.

Could you please tell me if there is any error message appearing when you try to connect to your main office computer at the same time as your administrator? Can you at least connect to the remote computer or not at all?
