How to you have unattended access an Android device without the on device prompt for access? I have Host installed on the Android device, but currently prompts every time I want to remote access from PC. Is there a specific setting or separate app that needs to be installed? Thanks!

    Hi @EVoigt,

Welcome to TeamViewer and Congrats on your 1 st post! 🎉

TeamViewer Android Host is possible to set up Unattended Access with account assignment. Kindly sign in to your TeamViewer Account on the Android Host, and then the remote connection will bypass the prompt.

At the same time, can you double-check again if the android device is one of the supported manufacturers with TeamViewer.

Let me know if it works for you.

    Best,

I don't have this privacy prompt, but more like a confirmation for recording the screen. Please fix and show Android superiority over iOS. Thx

Hello, I have the same scenario:
    - I can see the android device online from my management screen 24/7
    - When I access the device the first time the Android system requests an access permission
    - It works for a few days in a row, after around a week it requests the permission again
    - From the management screen there is no notification of what's happening on the other side, not even a note of awaiting approval… or something, just a blank screen

Obviously, since I'm not there to press the allow button every week, teamviewer's claim on unattended access to mobile (android) devices becomes false.
Need to understand if this is a:
    1. phone setting problem (TeamViewer Host has all possible access rights, battery optimization removed etc.) - I missed something
    2. Android security update that no longer allows continuous unattended access - unattended claim no longer valid
    3. TeamViewer known issues awaiting bug fix or update - unattended claim temporarily invalid

    Thank you!
