Chromebook doesn't recognise my licence although shows me as logged in

I have just purchased the minimum 3 computer licence so I can control my elderly mother's computer. This works great on my PC, but on the Chromebook although the console shows me as logged in, when I connect it tells me I can only have 5 minutes because I am on the free licence. Any ideas?

The Remote Access license works so that only the remote computers must be licensed within your account.

Can you confirm that you have licensed all devices you want to connect to as described here?
