I have 2 systems...one is fixed (MacBook Pro) and stays in the USA and the other is an iMac which I travel with internationally. I'm currently using TeamViewer to log into a Citrix remote desktop. The client is using Avaya Agent. When I try to use Avaya Agent through TeamViewer (answering calls and making calls), the audio is terrible. Is there a workaround to be able to hear the audio clearly?
