unable to connect any device

Not able to connect to remote pc. Has worked for years in the past. Now, with any version, Teamviewer refuses to connect. It just toggles between Connect and Abort with a message at the bottom of the screen reading, "Could not connect to partner".
I'm using the Free, Personal version.
My remote computer is another computer in the same room. Both have version 15.2.2756

I can see that you aren't using the latest version on your devices.
Could you please update TeamViewer on both ends and check if the connections are working again?
