Old versions not connection - showing "Not Ready, Please Check Your Connection"

Hi, We still have to use a licenced version of 11. From today, it is not connecting, and showing "Not Ready, Please Check Your Connection".

I uninstalled it, installed the latest version and it connects fine.

I re-install 11, and still shows "Not Ready, Please Check Your Connection"

Has there been a change to 11's access or a recent Windows update you are aware that disables it ?

    As per your troubleshooting, I'm afraid that your Windows version is not compatible anymore with version 11 of TeamViewer.
