I am not familiar with your portals. Can you tell me please, how many devices or groups I need to delete from the manager to get my current version working again?!
Where do I find out which version I currently have?

You can find your Managed Devices counter on the right side under Company administration ➜ Managed Devices
You will know how many devices you need to delete based on your counter.
