Hello,
We meet some issues with Apple devices. As soon as user's iphone is on call, it stop QuickSupport after a few seconds. Impossible to take remote control and call the end user at the same time. No issue with Android devices.
It does like a black screen they session is frozen or out.
Would you have any tip for that please because it is really annoying. Helpdesk can't be efficient.
