In the last few weeks I have lost the ability to connect to two of my remote computers over the internet.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled a previous version (15.33.7) as directed by support but still doesn't work.

Indeed, there were issues with v15.35.7.
We just released v15.35.9 - please update all your devices to this version. Everything works as expected now.

I installed the version (older) from download . com to the computers that I couldn't connect too like that and they started connecting again. 15.33.7 was the version that I had the same issue with, but not every computer had the issue.
