Is there a way to lock down TV Host so that end users can't go in (after I set a good password) and change the password or settings? I'm finding my clients doing that more and more and then I do not have access when they need help. Plus they have no idea what they set as the password and can't be walked through it on the phone prompting me to make an on site service call to fix issues that I should have fixed remotely more quickly.
Or am I installing the incorrect program on their PC's?
