I want to know if I can open different sessions at the same time, as multiple tabs for example, to provide support to different devices simultaneously, and if so, with which license

You need to ensure that the setting Open new connections in tabs is enabled.
Then, you can go ahead and open your first connection. After that, return to your TeamViewer interface and open the second one. It will open within the same windows as the first one.
This method is the best practice for connecting to multiple computers via TeamViewer.
