Control phone from PC

Good morning. My Xiaomi phone has a malfunctioning display and i cannot use it for access to my files and backup.

Debug USB was activated, but when i connect to my MacOs (M1) it recognize the phone but as unathorized.

I am searching a way to do a backup on my pc, they told me i can install remotely on the phone teamviewer and control from pc.

I have all the account password and permission obviously, but i need somenone show me the procedure.

Indeed, as you have a malfunctioning display, using TeamViewer would be a good idea as you would see the full display correctly.
