A couple of years ago, I started having trouble with one of my clients: when connecting to the PCs behind the office network I was unable to connect properly to them; either it would get stuck on "initializing display parameters" or would load the remote screen but remain static in it without being able to do anything. As a workaround, I was able to overcome this by connecting to the office VPN and everything was cool.
That was until a couple of months ago when the VPN method stopped working altogether. And now if find myself handtied in desperate need of help.
The office network is behind a Cisco RV-340 router. Mind you that there's no firewall rules or anything that could block the access to the teamviewer hosts. The issues started overnight without any changes to our network configuration. And yes, it only happens with that one client.
Thanks in advance to any pointers you can offer.
Edit: forgot to mention that I can connect normally to the server in the office (still behind the same router).
