Hi
I am licensed for 3 devices but when I try to open teamviewer on a 3rd device, it tells me that I have reached my limit. When I go on my account, there are only 2 devices listed.

💡Kindly check the license type you have, as different rules apply to a Business license and a Remote Access license:Â
If you have a Business license, it comes with 9 additional movements per year. Whereas for a Remote Access license, you can change your licensed endpoints up to 3 times per month.Â
