Doing More Than Screen Sharing When Accessing iPhone from Windows

Hello there,

I've been trying to gain access to an iPhone to remotely control it. Unfortunately, I can only do screen sharing and file transfer. Is there a paid level required to be able to remotely control it?

Thank you for posting in the TeamViewer Community!

Free users can have remote control connections from iPhone to Windows devices. However, we need to make sure of the compatibility on devices first. May I ask for the TeamViewer version and operating system on both devices?

Meanwhile, when you are in connection to Windows, are you able to switch the interaction mode for having the control accessibility?
