i have purchased the but now its throwing below can you please lookinto this issue ASAP

your TeamViewer session has timed out and will be closed

connection blocked after timeout

your license limits the maximum session duration to a partner, immediate reconnects are blocked. please try later or upgrade your license

    May I ask if you have signed in the licensed account on TeamViewer client prior the remote connections?

    If you have not done the license activation, the activation steps are prepared in the knowledge article below

    Kindly try for the license activation your TeamViewer account and then sign in the license account on TeamViewer please.

    Same case with me.

    Activated already soon after purchase. But after 4 months using, getting connection blocked after timeout and there is pop up message upgrade commercial version. What's means? We purchase already annually.
