May I ask if you have signed in the licensed account on TeamViewer client prior the remote connections?
If you have not done the license activation, the activation steps are prepared in the knowledge article below

Same case with me.
Activated already soon after purchase. But after 4 months using, getting connection blocked after timeout and there is pop up message upgrade commercial version. What's means? We purchase already annually.
