Have you seen this behaviour before and manage to figure out the fix for it?
We have been able to remote to most of our HP devices except for this 2 new devices that was recently bought. If you open the host client, you will see an incoming request but never pops up and stays like that forever. We updated the client to the latest available version and now it is still the same but was able to connect if we use the Teamviewer code (number)than the host name.
We are new to Teamviewer and used to have SCCM but going to all cloud we looked for something like Teamviewer. How do we troubleshoot this?
