I have an account 2018 Free Trial, Is it still Free?

I have an account from 2018, the free trial. I used it for my personal needs, but stopped using it. I got into a bad accident and now need TeamViewer again. Do I need to downloaded it again? and since I got it 2018 is it still free for me?
