Cant connect to PC even with new licence .

 Hi, we are trying to connect a user from home to a PC here at work. We have purchased a new licence, activated the licence and tried to connect using the ID and password. We have connected multiple PC's to the device, but one in particular wont connect. We have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times . tried 2 computers and also deleted all registry entries.

The ID remains the same on the remote PC even after reinstalling.

We still keep getting the original ID number which wont let us connect and acts like the the trial version they were using.


any thoughts as to why? Would a static IP address from a previous install do this?
