Managed devices

Hi,

lately TV starts to show me, that I`m reaching my limit of Managed Devices. I tried to somehow manage those "Managed Devices" for example exporting list of them - is there an option to export somehow this list?

Second question - to "Managed Devices" TeamViewer counts only my devices or also devices shared with me (from another account)?

    Welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🚀

    Indeed, you can export your Managed devices. To do so:

    1. Log in to your Management Console: https://login.teamviewer.com/.
    2. Go to Company administration.
    3. Go to the Managed Devices tab.
    4. Click on Download CSV.

    Only your devices are counted as Managed devices. The shared devices are counted for the users to which the devices are assigned.

    I tried this but it only gives out the TeamViewer Device ID, I need an export also showing the actual Device / Computer Name

    this export is useless, it will not show the name of the device or the group in which it is included
