I use a VPN. Often, TeamViewer wants to verify my device is trusted and wants me to authenticate. But is it trying to confirm the computer is valid or the IP? If it wants to trust my device, I figure it is using the physical MAC of the computer, not the physical/virtual IP being used.
Can someone clarify for me please?
