I want my customers to be able to use the download link only once, if I connect to them and then finish the session, the would not be able to use the same quick support file or the download link to download it again and re-use it. In short, I want to provide support to the customer only once. If the customer wants to receive support, he/she should request a new download link to install the quick support.
