Android Device - Shared with group problems
Our company has several Android devices that we need to be able to access for maintenance or debugging purposes. We use the TeamViewer Host App (https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerHost.apk) and the “QuickSupport Add-On” to enable remote access to these devices. We share the devices in a folder so that others in the company can also access them.
However, we have encountered a problem where only the account that is configured on the Android device can actually access it. If someone else tries to access the device, they are prompted for a password, even though there is no password configured. Additionally, if the device is in sleep mode, it can only be accessed by the account that is configured on it.
