Any idea why my commercial license got changed to a free license?

It's Microsoft's Patch Tuesday, so I'm inclined to blame Microsoft for this, but I got a TeamViewer notice that my desktop got reverted to a free license. Using a perpetual v12 license.

I can "move" the license back to the same computer, but since the number of moves is license restricted, I'd prefer to only move the license when an actual move occurs.
