All my connections are being blocked due to an "unpaid invoice". My personal account use to be associated with my old job (over 3 years ago at least) however apparently they are not using TeamViewer anymore which is affecting my personal account.
I am not part of the company anymore as it shows the free license for personal use in my profile which is correct.
I have requested my TeamViewer ID's be reset twice now. Both times were approved and I did include all affected ID's however I am still getting an error. When I chatted supported, they told me they can't help and to come here.
Can someone help me reset my account? I have very few contacts and frustrating I have filled out the rest form twice now with all the ID's and I'm still getting this stupid invoice error for a company I have not been apart of for years which is affecting my personal use contacts
