Moved to new address; new internet service; unable to connect to remote computer
I moved to a new address; disconnected my old xfinity service and started a new xfinity internet service at the new address.
Now Teamviewer says its ready to connect; yet won't actually connect. Once it almost connected to the remote computer password screen; then booted me off the remote computer before I could log in. And now it still will not connect. Need this for remote connecting into my work computer.
Guessing it has something to do with the possibly a new IP address or something about the new internet service, although it is very similar to before. Or maybe adding this current set up as a trusted device; although the computer is the same device, the overall setup is a new internet configuration. This new service is quite a bit faster. Hopefully this is not an issue; it is 1000 compared to the previous 300 or 500.
Does anyone know how to resolve this so I can get logged in and get to work? Thank You!
