I called a toll free number for assistance for updating my financial information in my seller account and he told me to download TeamViewer quick support to enable remote help
I was apprehensive but only have 2 days to reopen my website
He was guiding me through the process and my android froze up. I was getting instructions from him and I was frustrated because nothing worked so I disconnected and figured I could call this company to ask for tech support .no luck
I then read reviews of people being scammed for hundreds of dollars and ongoing security issues so I called my bank and placed a hold on my account until this is sorted out I have another cell phone to use but still can't turn off the locked up phone I did remove it's sim card but don't know enough about this problem to proceed
