Block TeamViewer for Windows without being logged in

I install a TeamViewer full client for Windows on a server.

How can I prevent that TV is used by loged on users without doing the login to teamviewer.

TeamViewer is in a kind of "Demo mode". Can I set a registry key to disable this demo mode?
