Hi

Please can we organise a meeting to discuss a few things regarding service camp.

• Creating fields where Colleagues have to enter details before submitting tickets (i.e. Subject field)
• Creating particular reports for the day, month.

We will have more questions upon the time of the meeting. Please can you advise on this matter
