Recently, we have been having issues where our accounts will timeout and have to re-log back in even though I have the "Keep me signed in" checked every time I sign in. This is happening to me and my tech. What is the timeout on being logged in and why is it not keeping us signed in when we have that option checked?

Hello, We are currently testing out Service Camp as our default IT ticketing system. We are unable to receive pictures/attachments in our tickets created by our users. We can view them just fine within our Service Camp portal, but not within our own Emails. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks, -Gerken
