We would like to add a field to the customer satisfaction form whose contents can then be displayed in connection reports. Is this possible?

Customizing the customer satisfaction form is currently not possible.
However, as it's a very insightful idea, you can add it to our Ideas hub, so it gets the attention of our dev team.
Please also add your use case and why you need this feature, so it gets prioritized more quickly. 😉
