Remote connection keyboard and mouse control not working

When connected to remote desktop (licensed version), only preview is possible, not keyboard or mouse control.
Everything is enabled in the TV settings, it works on other PCs.
(W11Czech).
Can you advise?

Great to see you posting for the first time! 🚀

My first recommendation would be to check the TeamViewer settings of both computers (local and remote) and see if Full access is enabled.

You can verify this in the TeamViewer options under Extras → Options → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to this computer for the remote computer and under Extras → Options → Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to other computers for the local computer.

But as you just updated and said that only the keyboard is working, it can't be related to the settings.

Have you tried to plug in another mouse? Are you using a laptop? Maybe you can try with the touchpad?

What I did was uninstall the entire TV and do a clean install.
The keyboard works, but the mouse doesn't even show up. It has worked without problems until now. The mouse is not even visible on the remote desktop. We have everything enabled in the settings, in the basic settings.
I connect to other PCs on the same network just fine.
I connect from PC and Android to desktop PC.
