How do I get assistance to set up free version of Team Viewer?

The first step to start using TeamViewer is by creating a TeamViewer account and then doing your login into TeamViewer on the local side of the connection.

• Do you already have TeamViewer installed on both sides of the remote connection (local and remote side)?
  • If not, please provide us with more details of the devices you're using (e.g. the device's OS), so we can better help you.

Once you have TeamViewer installed, and your account logged in, you can start remotely connecting to your devices as well as saving your devices in your Computer & Contacts list.
