Hi,
teamviewer was setup on a windows PC with a specific alias in a cloud group format.
This PC was then moved to a different location and the alias name was changed.
Somewhere along the line x2 accounts have been setup with the same teamviewer ID number
The original one was deleted from the cloud.
When I type in the search the teamviewer ID, only the new alias comes up in my computer only. It cant be moved to cloud. But is still pops up with the caption "This computer or contact is already in your list"
Any ideas??
