One user not getting Easy Access? And its me, the admin
Good day all,
Hoping someone can share to give me some sanity back. I've set up all of our computers that we use TeamViewer for in the past, granted it has been some time. I swear I am losing my mind.
I had all of the computers with TV installed take the most recent update, not even sure if related. But one of them is not allowing me easy access. We actually have all of our computers currently with no password needed (our TV access is very limited for who can use it), so we can simply click on the computer we need to access and get right in.
Right now, ONE computer suddenly is asking me for a password every single time I try to access it. However, my own coworker, who has full rights, can access it with zero issues. When she gets into TV on that computer, it doesn't even show it is associated with an account. But it lets her in?
This client on the computer is setup the exact way other monitors are, I've opened simultaneous sessions and compared item by item, in settings. It appears (see attachments) that it is some sort of TV authentication password it prompts ME for. I have made sure that password field is empty, which it is.
