If you are redirected to the Community page, that means that the license has not been activated on your user account.
Please check if you have activated the license on another account or use the activation email you received to activate your license and then open a support ticket.

Even though I log in with my correct account, it keep redirected to the community page and I couldn't submit the ticket.
Please let me know if there is any other way to get the refund.
