I have a ticket open on a paid business license. I've been waiting 4 days for a reply.
THE ONLY way to get something after begging on the ticket was to call in.
I was told support response time is 4 day????
I cannot find any information that say I should plan on nearly entire week to get a reply for paid business license support. I understand support does not work weekend. Or more they choose to not have a weekend support shift. 4 DAYS IS A LONG TIME.
There has to be something out there that takes support seriously. TeamViewer cannot be the only remote access tool in town?
Anyone else getting slow response? 😕
