I am trying something as simple as not getting a mail every single time a service case is created. I don't need it when I'm not on call. But trying to change the e-mail notification setting just results in an error when rtying to save the changes.
Unfortunately it is not a very intelligent error, so I can't do anything about it.

Waiting a cpouple of days and retrying just results in a different code. It doesn't really help me to pinpoint where to find a solution...
