Hi,
I installed TeamViewer for test it and decide if I can use it as my daily work standard tool .
I succeed to connect to another computer that also installed the TV,
but suddenly one day it stopped to work and now I cannot connect to the remote computer.
The two devices has the same last version of TV,
When I try to connect from the main computer to the remote one, in the main computer I see the message "connecting" too long time and then return to ready but nothing is occurred.
In the remote computer I see the following mesages: "income connection.." -> "Protocol negotiation failure. Try again!" -> "Unknown reason"
What can be my problem?
